This series of classes combine the healing and transformative powers of sound with the science and philosophy of Yoga, and aims to guide you on your path towards discovering who you truly are – at your deepest soul level. The journey begins here as you look inward to begin the process of self-examination to awaken the sound within you.
When we begin our journey together, we start by asking ourselves the question, “who am I?” and will learn how to create the space within to find the answer. We will learn how to become physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually strengthened and balanced on our path to find inner peace and meaning, as we manage the everyday stresses of life. We will also learn how to tune into and hear the messages of the body and Spirit as we create a heart-mind connection.
This series of classes and workshops will help you learn how to detach and go with the flow, release triggers, calm and balance your mind, manage anxiety, stress, and depression, and find emotional stability. By combining yoga positions, meditation, and sound from the crystal singing bowls, we utilize the tools of the sacred healing arts for the purposes for which they are intended; profound healing on every level of your being. Practicing Yoga offers us an opportunity to become fluid so we can flow better within the "Rivers of Life" with grace, balance, and purpose.
We will meet outside in the garden unless bad weather drives our practice inside. These classes are designed to support your home and studio practices. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga where the postures are more passive. This style of yoga offers us an opportunity to enjoy a more relaxed, rejuvenating, grounding practice that has tremendous benefits for the body, mind, and soul. This class, paired with the transformative sounds from the crystal singing bowls in the background, is held in the garden and is intended to promote a feeling of peace and calm, as the physical body is allowed to soften and release naturally without pushing or straining. We will end our practice in savasana with a guided meditation and bathed in sound from the singing bowls. All levels are welcome to this beginner class. Includes time for a meditative walk in the garden to recharge and revitalize your energy or reset and tune into the harmony of nature.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation technique that takes you deep within the layers of "self" and can leave you with a sense of wholeness. It is an ancient practice that calms the mind and is said to be as deeply restorative as hours of sleep. Yoga nidra offers us space to explore our needs as well as an opportunity to "tame" the nervous system, as Dr. Axe puts it. This class, paired with the celestial sounds from the singing bowls, is held inside and is intended to help you connect with your inner landscape. You will be guided through a meditation that will help you gain clarity and insight as your mental body is balanced and calmed during this practice of Yoga Nidra.

This yoga class in held in the garden and is intended to help increase strength and core balance as the physical body is awakened through this practice of Hatha Yoga. We will end this practice in savasana with a guided meditation accompanied by the crystal singing bowls in the background. This is a beginner class - all levels are welcome. In case of inclement weather, this class will meet inside.
Chanting is an ancient practice with mental health benefits that can decrease stress, anxiety, as well as depressive symptoms and increase feelings of relaxation and focused attention. Join us for this class as we learn the art of chanting and the many health benefits a regular practice can bring. We will end with a 30-minute guided sound meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. All ages are welcome, and no prior experience is needed, just bring with you your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and whatever you need to be comfortable.
